DescriptionBroken green glass wine bottle, fragments of broken glass, wine labels and cork; one penny coin and damaged newspapers and fragments of newspaper.

A time capsule was interred when the Wine Kiosk on Park Road was built in 1901. Newspapers, coins and a bottle of wine were placed under the memorial corner stone. In 1995 the corner stone was removed, and the objects were recovered. Unfortunately, when the hollow corner was bricked in, care was not taken with the cement and all the artifacts were damaged. They have been repaired and stabilised so that a record remains.Date1901
