Presidents of the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW
DESCRIPTION
Description
As agriculture was so central to the development of the colony of New South Wales, many Presidents of the Royal Agricultural Society and its previous iterations - the Agricultural Society of NSW (1822-1836), the Cumberland Agricultural Society (1857-1859), and the Agricultural Society of NSW (1859-1891) - have also been prominent figures in the broader history of NSW and Australia.
