Engraving on front reads: "Royal Agricultural Society of New South Wales to the Hon. John Kidd M.L.A. Minister of Mines & Agriculture. On the occasion of his placing the corner stone of the Wine Kiosk at the Royal Agricultural Society's ground. MOORE PARK. October 16th 1901."
